Bookings and payment
Bookings made on this website are paid in full at the time of booking by card through Stripe. The card is only charged after the booking has been confirmed against the availability calendar; if the dates are no longer available, the authorisation is released and nothing is charged.
Tourist tax
The municipal tourist tax is charged per adult per night, up to the legal limit of nights, and is shown separately in the price breakdown.
Personal data
We only collect the data needed to manage your booking and to comply with the legal obligation to report guests to the authorities (SIBA). Your data is never sold. You may request access, rectification or deletion at any time by email.
Complaints
In accordance with Portuguese law, an electronic complaints book is available at livroreclamacoes.pt.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in. After that, the amount paid is non-refundable.
